Interested in what Pilates is and what it’s all about? Or, are you trying to decide the differences between reformer class and mat class or barre class and tower class? These informative sessions are designed to help guide you through a positive starting Pilates experiences as well as go over some of the Pre-Pilates basics. Everyone welcome and encouraged to ask questions after class. These classes are often reduced pricing or even free.
This summer (2016), a beginner/intro mat will be taught by our intern Katie on Tuesdays at 3pm starting July 12th (these are reduced rates at $10/class). Katie will also be teaching free Sunday beginner/intro reformer workshops at 12noon on the following Sundays : (6/26, 7/24, 8/7 & 8/28)
