Pilates Reformer class (4 participants)

The reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength and flexibility.

This 55 minute class with assist in maximizing your Pilates repertoire with a small group reformer class. While Reformer is the most popular (due to the lovely foot straps in my opinion), be sure to try the mixed apparatus classes too.

Reformer classes due require a minimum of 10 private sessions, or previous Pilates reformer experience. Schedule a free consultation to get started.
