The Floor work based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. This class is designed to engage both mind & body to ensure a proper amount of work from your entire self. Sure, core work is the center of it (Haha! Get it?), but it’s a heck of a lot more! And there’s always those rockin’ benefits of lean muscles, a stronger core and pelvic floor, stability in the joints and overall fluidity. We have mats.
