Total Body BARRE challenges the strength, endurance, and coordination of nearly every muscle in the body. Choreographed movements and variations in timing create fun/challenging exercises. Specialized cues given for correct body mechanics provide a strong foundation of stability and mobility within each range of motion. 55 minute class. (Mats provided and water available). All levels welcome. However, this is not dedicated as a beginner class so be sure to go at your own pace if you are new to exercise.
