Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. Choose from Beginner Youth Yoga and Continuing Youth Yoga (for those with experience). 45 minute classes

This class will run in two 4-week summer sessions.
No make-up (the mon class could attend the wed class for make up or the wed class could attend a mon class for make-up during the same session) classes or refunds. 3 participants minimum.
