All of the Experience
None of the Attitude
We believe in teaching you how to correctly apply exercise and movement to create a strong, healthy and functional body. Like Joe Pilates said, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body!”

PRANCING – A SPRINGY, RHYTHMIC WAY OF MOVING
Fast Eddie’s love for Pilates grew when the director ran a studio out of her home. His 6.5 lb bodyweight was quite the challenge and clients may contribute their super strong core muscles to his presence.
