All of the Experience
None of the Attitude
We believe in teaching you how to correctly apply exercise and movement to create a strong, healthy and functional body. Like Joe Pilates said, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body!”

Greer Evins
Pilates Instructor
began her Pilates career in 2005
Greer Evins began her Pilates career in 2005 when, on a whim of curiosity she found herself taking her first lesson at The Pilates Center of Boulder Colorado. After one lesson she was hooked! Opened with the assistance of Romana Kryzanowska in 1990, The Pilates Center’s comprehensive 1,000 hour teacher training program is widely respected as one of the most rigorous in the world. Graduating in 2012 she has been teaching full time since. With clients aged 13-88, she has experience working with a variety of different bodies with compassion, precision, and deep joy in supporting the individual journey we each navigate in our own bodies. New to Minnesota, when she isn’t practicing Pilates she can be found exploring Minneapolis and St Paul, practicing aerial arts (purely for fun!) and generally spending as much time outside as possible.

Anika

Fast Eddie
Dedicated Mascot
PRANCING – A SPRINGY, RHYTHMIC WAY OF MOVING
Fast Eddie’s love for Pilates grew when the director ran a studio out of her home. Here, Eddie spent countless hours assisting abdominal work for clients by lying on their bellies while they performed supine work on the reformer. His 6.5 lb bodyweight was quite the challenge and clients may contribute their super strong core muscles to his presence.
