Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness
Designed programs developed to address the physiological changes that happen through all of the stages of pregnancy and after. We focus on developing support through these changes instead of battling them. Our programs educate each woman on their changing body, focus on movements that prepare women for childbirth, recovery, and the fitness challenges postpartum.
Diastasis Recti (DR) Recovery
The Center Method for Diastasis Recti Recovery™ offers a highly successful program that investigates the history and epidemic of Diastasis Recti. The Center Method’s formula for success includes incorporating fascia, bones and muscles in the healing process. Understand your rectus abdominis muscles and how they function in conjunction with proper support and cueing. Use myofascial release technique to support rehabilitative efforts and restore your core. Since DR is different for each individual, this program is not offered as a class but as a private session.
Prenatal/ Postpartum Teacher Training Center
STPPS is a host site for The Center for Women’s Fitness (TCFWF). Natalie, the director, is faculty for the TCFWF offering trainings to other teachers in the following expertise:
